The Drive Home Method is a 12-week private 1:1 coaching programme for high-functioning women who feel stuck, disconnected, or lost — and who are ready to figure out what’s actually going on and build a clear path forward. We work privately, in a structured way, to understand what’s keeping you stuck, rebuild your clarity and self-trust, and get you moving in a direction that actually means something to you.

Why I Created This

I built The Drive Home Method because I needed it and it didn’t exist. I know what it feels like to hit a wall and wonder if you’ll ever feel like yourself again. To look fine to everyone around you while quietly having no idea who you are or what you want. You will feel like yourself again. But not by pretending it’s fine. I tried all the usual stuff and nothing worked i needed structure and someone to work though it with me who had empathy and understanding how frightening it is to completely lose yourself.

We’ll be a team.  I’ll be in the passenger seat with you.

I’ll be straight with you when you’re avoiding things, help you see what you can’t currently see, and keep you moving when you’d normally shut down. But I’ll also understand where you’re coming from, give you space when things feel heavy, and support you through the parts you’d normally try to handle alone.

There’s no judgement here. No “why are you like this.” Just:
this is what’s going on — let’s sort it.

Some weeks will feel clear and focused. Some will feel messy and uncomfortable. I’ll be there for both.
